Round 4 of the Mt Cotton Hillclimb series was held in great conditions last weekend. I managed to get to both day's competition and the weather was superb both days.

I decided to shoot from a couple of different spots this weekend so on Sunday I headed up into the bush behind the finish line to get the cars across the crest after the line and then moved to the finish line to get them going across the line. It was a nice change and there was a bit of action to be had ! The Escorts and the BMW's putting on a nice show. The best show of all though was Shane McAndrew, getting loose at the crest and finishing up in the wall after 2 rolls. Happily he got out ok with no injuries but the same can't be said for the car. Knackered !

Congrats to Dean Tighe taking out the overall win but only after a hard fought tussle with Michael von Rappard.
